1. Who we are

Nuimig is an online service operated by White Cat Black Dog, LLC, a California-registered company ("Nuimig," "we," "our," "us"). Contact us at info@whitecatblackdog.com.

2. What we do

Nuimig allows users to generate AI-created images online. Creating images is free; users only pay when they choose to download high-resolution versions.

3. Agreement

By using nuimig.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the digital age of consent in your country and legally able to enter into agreements.

5. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Nuimig for lawful purposes.

6. Your inputs and behavior

You are responsible for any content you provide. Do not use Nuimig to generate or distribute:

  • Pornographic content
  • Violence, hate speech, or illegal material
  • Copyrighted/trademarked material without rights

We may block content or suspend access at our discretion.

7. AI outputs and ownership

After payment, you may use AI-generated images for lawful purposes, including commercial use, subject to:

  • You own usage rights; however, Nuimig does not verify third-party likenesses or trademarks.
  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You assume full responsibility.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy or Payhip). Prices are shown before checkout. Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final and non-refundable, unless legally required.

9. Modifications and service availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

10. Liability limitation

Nuimig is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Cat Black Dog, LLC against third-party claims arising from your use or content.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. Continued use indicates acceptance.
